This villa has staggered roofs and an internal courtyard with a tree at its core. It was the desire of the clients to have a house in deep relation with the natural elements through multiple openings, along with several well defined spaces, though fluid and seamless. The vertical circulation participates of the various spaces, with steps unfolding around the courtyard from the living to the mezzanine and then through the office up to the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private balcony and the ample verandah and upper terrace provide desired spaces for outdoor living. Choice of materials and bioclimatic features enhance cross ventilation and thermal comfort throughout the entire house.
